Use the SimplePractice patient portal ONLY for secure messaging. Do NOT text the provider directly.

  1. Go to resonance-psychiatry.clientsecure.me
  2. Log in with your email and password
  3. Click "Messages" in the menu
  4. Type and send your message
Note: Do NOT text the provider directly. Text messages are not monitored.
Response time: 1–2 business days, Mon–Thu.

📅 How to Schedule an Appointment

Book through the patient portal or call 908-430-8061 Mon–Thu 9am–5pm.

  1. Log into your portal at resonance-psychiatry.clientsecure.me
  2. Click "Request Appointment"
  3. Select appointment type and preferred time
  4. You'll receive a Zoom link before your visit
Note: You must be physically located in New Jersey during your session.

⚠️ NJ In-Person Requirement (IMPORTANT)

Starting May 16, 2026, patients prescribed Schedule II controlled substances (Adderall, Ritalin, Vyvanse, etc.) must:

  • Have monthly appointments
  • Every 3rd month must be IN-PERSON at our Toms River office

No appointment = no refill. Call 908-430-8061 to schedule your in-person visit.

💊 How to Request a Medication Refill

  1. Step 1: Make sure you have an upcoming appointment scheduled first.
  2. Step 2: Submit your refill request form: form.jotform.com/260251349000039
  3. Step 3: Allow 3–5 business days for processing.
  4. Step 4: Pick up at your designated pharmacy.
IMPORTANT RULES:
  • No appointment = no refill
  • Controlled substances cannot be refilled early
  • Do not call the pharmacy directly to request refills
  • Plan ahead — submit 7–10 days before you run out
